Tom

This ole boy could use a break! Tom is a ~20’s year old Belgian gelding that was worked hard and put up wet. When he came to us, he didn’t know how to “horse”. From taking a treat to working with the farrier he had struggles. After his rehab period tom is now taking select treats out of hand and is doing much better with the farrier. This boy needs a home with light to no riding where he can be loved and respected. His sweet old sole is looking for a pasture to enjoy! Tom came from Maryland where he worked for many years. Tom has a severe ring bone that is managed by daily equioxx. He also gets itchy during the summer so we keep him on cetirizine. Tom is up to date on coggins, teeth, farrier. Tom loads in a trailer great, stands tied all day, and is lower in the pecking order in our herd.
