Reading with the Rescues

Are you interested in joining our Reading with the Rescues program?

RWR is a program that pairs a certified speech pathologist with special needs children to target language, literacy, and other social skills. Social and self-care skills training is also used to increase fine motor mobility, agility, and core strengthening for participants. It will include interacting with mini and full-size horses to increase motivation and sensory input, and decrease stress.

Recommended for 4-10-year-olds but could be modified for older students with high support needs/ lower communication if needed. Ask Faith for more info at faith@faithnfriends.org or sign up below.
