Meet our Lesson Staff

I have a background in English (Hunter/Jumper) and Western (Ranch) Disciplines. I have been a lesson instructor for over 10 years. Lessons with me focus on communication between horse and rider. I specialize in meeting both the horse and rider where they are at, while setting small goals so we see progress sooner rather than later. I teach both able-bodied riders (intermediate- advanced) and provide therapeutic services. Hope to see you soon!

Hi my name is Lizzie and I have been with Faith and Friends since May 2026. I am a former elementary school teacher. I love working with horses and teaching all ages. I have been riding myself for 26 years. Coming from a hunter/jumper background I have done a little bit of everything. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, crocheting and cross stitching. I am looking forward to seeing you in our lesson program with our amazing horses we have here at Faith and Friends.  

I have had a love of all things horses my whole life. When I was younger, I used to show hunter jumpers and always wanted to get into the teaching side.

Now that I am at FNF, I get to do what I love and share my knowledge with my students.

As of right now, I teach beginner/intermediate and will slowly teach you from the ground up. I look forward to getting to know you and help you grow on your equestrian journey!

My name is Dena. I have been riding horses my whole life & have owned my own horses for 4 years. I have worked as a lesson assistant for almost 2 years. I love helping the students learn about the horses & tacking to ride. And I love celebrating with them as they grow in their skills.
